AMA Karate Squad Training:

The 1st squad session of the year. Individuals from the AMA Nationals on 6th June + AMA squad.

Kata training and selections starts: 10am until 1pm

Kumite training and selections starts 1pm until 4pm.

Snr selection for the WUKF European Championships in Romania from 23rd September.

Selections also for the AMA squad to attend the FEKO championships in September at Harvey Hadden, Nottingham.
